Return And Exchange Policy

At Zorwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our Return and Exchange Policy below.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns only under specific circumstances:
- Incorrect Item or Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that was packed incorrectly or damaged by us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with pictures of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- Wrong Size/Incorrect Order: We do not accept returns for size changes, so please ensure you check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If the wrong item was shipped, contact us within 7 days, and we will arrange a return or exchange.
2. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@zorwear.com with your order number and details of the issue (including pictures, if applicable).
- We will respond with instructions on how to return the item, including the shipping address and any other required details.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for shipping the return item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Used or Worn Items: Any item that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for return.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discount are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds may take several business days to process.
- Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, we will process the exchange upon receipt of the original item.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the USA, you will be responsible for any international return shipping costs. Please ensure that the package is marked as a “return” to avoid customs charges.
